Cameron’s funeral and burial were today. I think I got the little bit of closure I was looking for. It finally feels real. It’s crazy to think the impact of his death hit people across the country. It’s gonna take some more time to heal, but I think this is one wound that will never fully heal

One of the victims was someone I knew and spent time with. A kind soul, artist and photographer, protest documenter, and beloved member of the community. He didn’t deserve this. Truly saddened to hear of the passing of someone so sweet in a world lacking enough kindness

Doing new things is scary and I’ve been doing a lot of new things the past few years (with a lot of positive outcomes).
