20yo me would probably be disappointed that I'm not working out as much as I should, then be impressed by almost everything else.

So after Dragon Con and the whole Zelda Switch 2 drop, I forgot to post some cosplay photos from the convention. Didn't get much of the Blue Lion from Voltron Legendary Defender, but here's a mini thread of the debuts and one rewear.

See you at Dragon Con! I'll also have ribbons to trade!

Okay, that's a cool bonus.

from EB Games Canada: "Get a holographic slipcover for free* when you pre-order the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time game for the Nintendo Switch 2 system. Exclusively in Canada at EB Games! Available November 5."

Dragon Con was a blast! Had a lot of fun & spent a decent amount of money. Now, to get ready for a fun cabin trip with the future extended family. Nintendo: Hold my beer. (That was stressful and a money drain, but Switch 2 secured)

See you at Dragon Con! I'll also have ribbons to trade!

Going to One Piece Fest today, and while I'm already wearing my Red-Haired Pirates T-shirt, debating about also wearing the wig, hat, and doing the eye scars to be a Casual Shanks. Thoughts? Y/N?

... Didn't Microsoft straight up train its customers to not buy games and wait for GamePass drops? "I'll wait until it's on GamePass" was a common refrain this entire generation

Only a little over 4 percent of all new physical games sold in the U.S. this year have been on Xbox https://kotaku.com/nobodys-buying-new-physical-games-on-xbox-in-the-u-s-2000725930

I’m sorry to keep posting this but I have to keep paying Milo’s insurance since he used it before he passed so I could really use the commissions! I’m even offering my little palm sized ones for $75 (including material and shipping)!

man, the fact that voice acting is often recorded far in advance of final release is hammered home by the fact that this anime is giving out Hashi Takaya's autograph in a RT campaign (he died one year ago)

Today's anime #wcw is Fuu Hououji from #MagicKnightRayearth. Though she's the only one with healing magic, she's no slouch in combat, too. More than just "the smart one," she's a dual threat showing her prowess using a bow or a sword. 🍷 #VintageAnime #Clamp #TMSEntertainment #DiscotekMedia #Kanpai

Me getting an SDCC freebie: This will be a fun memento. Me seeing what this item went for on eBay: Or... Fund an upcoming trip.

Today's anime #wcw is Umi Ryuuzaki from #MagicKnightRayearth. Wielder of water magic, she starts as the more practical one, having doubts about the isekai thing. But she becomes fast friends with the other two & is determined to get home together. 🍷 #VintageAnime #Clamp #TMSEntertainment #Kanpai

Okay, hopefully I get better signal. I'm so hyped for Kenji Kamiyama directing the next Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam RG XARX-ZERO (Alex Zero)!

Bsky photo upload being ass right now. But just learned that Minneapolis and Seattle are getting Gundam Bases this fall.

Praise me for having to do full time work, fixing up cosplay, AND editing this episode with a scheduled publishing time before leaving for SDCC.

I greatly dislike the program scheduler that decided the SDCC Gundam panel should be one of the first panels on day one. That said, I am in line. And sleepy.

Today's anime #wcw is Hikaru Shidou from #MagicKnightRayearth. Though small in stature, she has one of the biggest hearts of our trio, and she'll do her best to become a worthy Magic Knight to save Cephiro. 🍷 #VintageAnime #Clamp #TMSEntertainment #DiscotekMedia #Kanpai

Today's anime #tbt & next podcast miniseries is 1994's #MagicKnightRayearth! We're going part one of the series over the course of five podcast episodes just before the remake comes out this fall. Will you watch along with us? 🍷 #VintageAnime #Clamp #TMSEntertainment #DiscotekMedia #Kanpai
