I genuinely don’t know what to write. I’ve tried multiple pithy comments but they all feel hollow. I’m just tired of obvious weirdos and arseholes having thriving careers despite clearly being awful to women & girls, having multiple allegations over decades. I’m sick of it.

Not watched much of the World Cup this year thanks to my feelings on Fifa and one of the hosts. Just switched on to see Spain get the cup. Watching the wind immediately come out of Trump’s sails when the whole stadium started booing as he walked on the pitch was delightful 👩🏻‍🍳🤌💋

Not only was this man a fab actor with iconic roles, and generally a lovely thoughtful person going by stories shared about him, but when he started his wine business, he initially focused on Pinot Noir, aka the best wine. Man had taste. I’m so sad to hear he’s gone. 💜🍇🦕

Err…okay my brain is melted and I can’t sleep and this story has prev made me laugh but isn’t this a tourist attraction? A public green space? Isn’t this place designed for people to just hang around? To take time to, you know, reflect?? The reflection isn’t good for multiple reasons right now.

As someone who used to work in HMV, primarily in the games section, I can safely say that customer service people are going to bear the brunt of people being mad about there not being a disc, or not being able to actually play the game before the 19th. This will have to be explained so many times 🙃

I stumbled across one too many sub-par cat games on gaming storefronts and had to have a big rant about it. I’m doing fine.

Simply banning kids from social media, rather than enforcing sensible age-gating on certain sites and encouraging safer places for kids to go (a la Club Penguin, Habbo Hotel, NeoPets, etc.), is such a disservice to kids and gives a false sense of security to parents. Don’t ban, make spaces.
