I've learned that doing puzzles really helps regulate my Adhd thoughts. It's the perfect balance of relaxation, problem solving and focus. Kinda like how gaming feels to me, I think?

I find that talking to AI bots exhausted my ideas for comic (luckily I made all drafts for entire story). But once I step away from bots and do something else, they're back 🤯.

I'm sorry but no. Please just figure out how to make a "sonic game" and what Sonic even is at this point. The multiple crossovers and different shifts of tone everywhere from the games and comics etc.. Sonic is a very confused IP.
