𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗧𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹 Ship Spotlight returns, this time shining a light on the ever-elusive Tysel-pattern DRV Intrusion Corvette. Give it a read to learn how this brand new Covenant ship came straight out of the pages of the @troydenning.bsky.social novels, to being given a visualization in SotP2!

Three Tysel-pattern DRV Intrusion Corvettes can be seen in formation over Doisac. In 2490, the Flotilla of Untapped Zeal, consisting of the corvettes Hurried Imperception, Darkened Truth, Pervasive Discontent and Glory Illuminate made landfall on Doisac ahead of the imminent Covenant invasion there. These vessels and their Silent Shadow crews laid the groundwork for Doisac’s fall to the Covenant a year later.

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽: 𝗧𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹 Catch another glimpse of the Tysel-pattern DRV Intrusion Corvette in this edition of Data Drop!

Rescindant Testimony was involved in behind-the-lines raids on human naval bases during the Covenant War. Its shipmaster specialised in using the ship’s advanced cloaking systems to mask the flight of a half-talon of Gigas bombers, allowing them to pass through air-defence screens manned by their stalwart attendants.

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗲 Designed as a direct counter to Covenant orbital supremacy, the Guandao-class destroyer is one of the most heavily-armed sub-capital ships in the UNSC fleet.

A Guandao-class Strike Destroyer seen during a reconnaissance-in-force operation, after Cairo station reported anomalous reports of Covenant contact around Io. This would unfortunately be the last sighting of this Guandao, as it would quickly be lost in the intitial engagements during the Battle of Earth.
