I wonder how many people, who email small software companies and indie devs "hey, I bought your product x weeks ago but have seen that you have a Black Friday offer now and would get the discount" go into real stores, return their purchases or ask for refunds.

The Tinkerwell 3 launch 18 months ago was a blast and I couldn't come up with ideas how we could improve the app even further – but Tinkerwell 4 is so much better that it excites me to release everything that's new tomorrow.

2 days until Tinkerwell 4 launches and launch anxiety is slowly creeping in 🙈 The new version is fantastic and will make thousands of users happy but will it also have a financial ROI? Perpetual fallback licenses are a good selling point but clearly have their downsides as a business.

I'd love to be able to tell what works best for our marketing and increases product sales but it's impossible to name a single thing. It's dedicated hard work on 100 things that somehow work together.

Sometimes I'd love to have a part time designer at Beyond Code who can just take all the stuff that I am writing and turn it into beautiful websites that just need to be built. Writing and building isn't the deal but making it pretty is fcking hard.

Detail Dive in Tinkerwell 4 is sooo good, I haven't used the normal CLI output that's similar to tinker in weeks

My #1 use case for Tinkerwell is writing method bodies without creating routes, controllers, etc. until everything works. It makes iterations so much faster when I don't have to switch to the browser and dd the output there.

I somehow crossed my red line for my body weight and it's time to start intermittent fasting and stop eating crap again 😅 Let's bring it down to 98kg or less, 100 is too much even for my size at 2.02m 🦒 Adjusting early makes it much easier than waiting 5 more kilos.

Yesterday I went to my all time favorite live band Die Ärzte again and for the first time in a small 3000 people concert instead of the usual stadium. It's so different and more energetic having these popular bands playing in small locations.
