Age of Surveillance Capitalism p 515. It's disappointing to finally read this book 6 years after release and find it outdated enough to really question if it's worth my time. At least I can appreciate reading it while AI is being leveraged for military decision support systems and killing civilians

Yes, another global IT malfunction which impacted this and that, and indirectly even more. Let's get used to that. The internet is no longer that decentralised. It's a question of risks, and costs. Regulations allow taking such risks. Prose of life.
