On Day 2 we discussed the Next-Generation Tools (nextgen-tools.iedb.org); today Daniel Marrama walked through the cancer-specific tools and how to design a cancer analysis pipeline. These tools are denoted by the @cedar-epitopes.bsky.social logo to show their cancer application #iedbuw2025

Dr. @zeynepky.bsky.social next presented how to access the CEDAR data through database queries and exports (cedar.iedb.org), using real case studies. The third and final day of the 2025 IEDB User Workshop has kicked off! Today we discuss specialized resources, the first being @cedar-epitopes.bsky.social! Dr. Sette provided a brief overview, followed by Dr. Matthew Busse, Senior Curator, who discussed the CEDAR curation process #iedbuw2025

Day 2 has concluded with Dr. @everichardson.bsky.social discussing the receptor tools; TCRMatch and BCRMatch. We next moved into the receptor space and Dr. @lonnekescheffer.bsky.social discussed the TCR and BCR data in the IEDB, data improvement projects, and our role in community efforts such as @airr-knowledge.bsky.social. Science means continual improvements through collaboration! #iedbuw2025

The classic Analysis Resource also contains B Cell Epitope Prediction Tools (tools.iedb.org/main/bcell/) and Joakim Clifford from the Denmark Technical University next discussed these tools. We are busy implementing B cell predictions to the Next-Gen site - stayed tuned in early 2026! #iedbuw2025
