Deny the Magellan Pipeline permit! The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) NOW OPENED a public comment period, after rescinding the permit to approve a pipeline under 1 mile for the Pipestone National Monument. The public comment period is open NOW. Initial comments are due June 22 at 4:30pm CDT.
