My (would now be in his 90s) next door neighbor used to tell me stories about Orioles players giving neighborhood kids rides back home from Memorial Stadium after games. This is a post about private equity mindset #orioles

Over the summer I have made and eaten two big jars of homemade kimchi that were pretty close to what I get in restaurants. Feeling accomplished and not even a little bit accidentally poisoned!

Gonzo declares Tiny Tim did NOT die (and neither did I from eating homemade kimchi)

My mentor J. Scott Long would always talk about the evolution from punchcards and room-sized computers to PCs running stats software. Scientists became *no more productive* even though they no longer had to wait days for models to run. Why? They ran more & worse models instead of *thinking*.
