what's the point of making a movie about a myth, with teachings from deities and destiny basically, and just... erase all of those gods and creatures that actually EVOLVE, for better or worse, the character of Odysseus? Americans... my goodness...
okay, so, Nolan took out Poseidon from his movie. like. the God of Seas. the main villain of the entire myth... the constant presence and danger that Odysseus has to face EVERY TIME he sails, trying to return to Ithaca alive. why am I even surprised?
genuinely hope it flops, I'm so tired of Americans butchering Europe's myths and culture. man.
