Leo watched this entire unconstitutional raid unfold on his Ring cameras from a hotel in Toronto. Over the cameras, he repeatedly told the CBP agents to get off his property or show him a warrant. They refused.

3 of the 4 workers managed to escape. The fourth was cornered in Leo's garage and detained. He was eventually released and has a pending habeus petition.

The agents came driving the wrong way down Leo's one way street, tried to break down Leo's 6-foot fence, and then jumped over it and chased the workers throughout the property. They damaged construction equipment, ac units and fences.

Last October, Leo Feler hired contractors to work on his Chicago home. When he was gone on a work trip, CBP agents stormed his property without a warrant and chased the workers. They caused $30K in damage to the property. Today, Leo teamed up with @ij.org to sue CBP over the warrantless raid.
