If you're like me and don't like being on the phone, your state representatives accept emails (at least mine do in Oregon)

Been sick the last week and a half and I've done literally the bare minimum for support so I can get some rest. Somehow I doubt my customers even noticed (which is a good thing). Today I finally felt normal-ish and was able to get back to my regularly scheduled programming. 😌

I have very little patience this week for junk emails. I'm unsubscribing or marking you as spam if I don't know who you are. Clearly my mantra of "Practice Patience" isn't working so far 🤦‍♀️

I'm officially done with Helpscout. Any decent alternatives I should look at. Open source? Gmail addons? ... I'm looking at it all. It's just me. I don't need all the bells and whistles. Don't need AI. Just looking for a basic tool that allows me to respond to my customers.

The Rich Results Testing Tool and Schema Markup Validator are only testing if the code is valid. I highly recommend checking the output for things like correct pricing. Nothing like 100x pricing 😬 Just because the structured data app doesn't have errors, doesn't make it good 🤦‍♀️ SMH
