international best selling author quan millz was almost sued over the use of a stock photo of a model on his cover in 2022, after he changed the cover, the next day his cover designer, Michael, died of a heart attack. that's why he's been using AI covers.

in his (mild) defense, they're just tiktok posts. he hasn't officially published a book since 2022. he's come out against AI writing, and vows not to publish a book with any AI
