I advised Edmund Sumpena's senior CS thesis, where we built VANTAGE, an AlphaFold-inspired system that encodes retinal vessels as graphs from healthy templates to construct an atlas via spectrally regularized MLP. It detects diabetic retinopathy and transfers vascular arcade labels to new subjects.
