Glad to see #fanatics working to ban gamblers that harass athletes. www.espn.com/espn/betting.... This is one of three suggestions I made in a USA Today Op Ed to protect the integrity of the games. www.usatoday.com/story/opinio...
Fanatics Sportsbook to identify, ban bettors who harass athletes
Fanatics Sportsbook will become the first U.S. bookmaker to partner with ProhiBet Bad Actors, a system that uses artificial intelligence and investigative tools to detect social media abuse and identify the people behind it.

Congress rarely stands up to the executive, serving instead as a cheering or booing section for whoever occupies the Oval Office. We’ve got some ways to change that. bit.ly/4vCq2eR
A Wake-Up Call for a Moribund Congress

#jalenbrunson won a state championship in high school, two national championships in college, you are not going to intimidate him. I hate agreeing with Draymond, but it is just going to make Brunson go off.
My wife and I then saw him citibiking into the night, heading home. Can't want for @bradlander.bsky.social to be my congressman. #Lander.
It’s always been New York or nowhere.
#DanielMurphy is much improved in the @mets.com booth this year.
Reggie Miller consistently lecturing @chetholmgren.bsky.social from the booth is becoming excessive. He was injured this year, played a ton of games over the past 2 years. #game7.
So excited for @ny-knicks.bsky.social!! #gonygonygo

BREAKING: SB 2471 has been signed into law! It’s the first of its kind in the nation and renders the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision irrelevant in Hawaii. This is a win for the movement to get big money, especially dark money, out of politics.
New Hawaii law targets corporate influence in politics after Citizens United ruling
Hawaii's Democratic governor has signed a bill to curb corporate and "dark money" influence in politics. This move comes after the 2010 U.S.

i was told by john roberts and sam alito that racism is over so i won't worry about white republicans in the south jumping over themselves to end black political representation wherever they can
WaPo reports Louisiana’s governor will announce on Friday that he is suspending the House primaries where people have already started voting and redraw the map; I’d expect them to go for an all-Republican map and eliminate both majority-Black districts, not just one.
The Supreme Court has completed its decades-long project to destroy the Voting Rights Act. It has blessed racial discrimination and further encouraged partisan gerrymandering in the Callais ruling. The Roberts Court has made U.S. democracy much worse today. Congress has an urgent obligation to act.
I am thrilled to share that my article "More Likely Than Not a Murderer" will be published in Northwestern's Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology next year. A working draft can be found here: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....
