One of the things I've come to realize about mental health awareness is the way it often places the responsibility/blame around the affected. Talk to them, support, etc... But I did everything right, I did all the things they say to do. And still, it ended in the worst way it could have.
Just know if you comment on my posts I genuinely appreciate it so much. But I've always been an anxious person and ever since what happened last month I just don't know what to say anymore and become paralyzed when trying to respond. But I genuinely appreciate all the support 💜
