Imagine designing an economy where the fastest path to becoming wealthy was solving humanity's biggest problems.
Societies become stronger when creating value is rewarded more than extracting it.
Maybe the real competition isn't left versus right. Maybe it's short-term gain versus long-term stewardship.
Microsoft just blocked all older laptops from allowing us to log into Word - now we can’t edit documents. Tech companies love to screw customers out of products we’ve paid for. We’re well over due for a class action lawsuit against these companies and their deliberate Planned Obsolescence. 😖😡

We celebrate innovation in technology. Why not innovation in democracy, education, or economics?
Until corporations are incentivized to adopt a #TripleBottomLine, they will always sacrifice safety, honesty and the environment in order that maximize shareholder profits. Putting profit above all other considerations is a design flaw, and can therefore be changed, if enough of us demand it.
If your system consistently produces outcomes you dislike, redesigning the system is often easier than blaming the people.
