The Adventures of Elliot OST is very good. Solid orchestral, medieval, and rousing adventuring music to accompany your journey. #gamemusic

Video games, video game music, compelling stories, and tasty food. All I wanna do is #demo you.
I didn't care for Beef Season 2. The acting and capitalist satire are great, but the plot is so all over the place and over the top that that I wonder if it would have been better as an anthology instead of a serial.
Strikers Edge is basically a medieval Windjammers where you throw spears, axes, arrows, etc. at each other in a similar side by side arena format. It's fun. #demo
Still no Chrono Trigger amiibo, so these will have to do. They are much bigger than I was expecting.
Would love to know what the budget for Physint is. Sony got scared and Microsoft smelled blood in the water. Competition is a good thing.
Deep Rock Galactic Survivor is less bullet heaven and more mining. Mining gives purpose, but environments are boring and even after playing for several hours, I never became a god of destruction like in Vampire Survivors. It’s decent, but the dopamine isn’t there. #demo
Ocarina of Time remake looks great, but I’m surprised that they didn’t show any of the movie or announce more NSO Zelda games. Four Swords Adventures and Twilight Princess could have come, and I was kinda hoping for a surprise Zelda 99 or Zelda 40 like they did with Mario 35.
Enjoying the demos for Final Fantasy Resonance and Another Eden Begins reminded me that I’m supposed to be playing Sea of Stars, so I went back to it and WOW. It’s so much better in nearly every way. The thoughtfulness of the design is just on another level.
Final Fantasy Resonance has gorgeous visuals, good music, an interesting story, and likable characters of its own, but is cheapened with fan service of classic FF characters. Battle system is ok if nothing special, and random fights still suck. Liked the 6+ hour #demo overall.
Slash Zero is a 2.5D side-scrolling roguelite with a snoozer of an incomprehensible plot doing its best Hades impression structurally. It’s not bad, and almost slick, but not quite there. #demo
Although I initially found the in game character art and animations to be off putting, the story, characters, music, and simple gameplay drew me into Another Eden Begins and I ended up loving the 6-hour #demo.
Now that I've watched all 11 Fast & Furious movies, here's how I rank them from best to worst: 01. Fast 5 02. Tokyo Drift (3) 03. The Fast and the Furious (1) 04. F8 05. F&F6 06. Furious 7 07. Hobbs & Shaw (8.5) 08. F9 09. Fast X 10. Fast & Furious (4) 11. 2F2F
Fast X is one of the dumbest movies in the series. More retconning, more surprise family members, super fake VFX, even more ridiculous action scenes, and an annoying cliffhanger ending that remains unresolved, forcing what will likely be even more stupidity in the final film.
It was only a matter of time before the Fast series put a race car in space, and F9: The Fast Saga did not disappoint in delivering that cherry of absurdity atop a mountain of increasingly preposterous action scenes. Beyond the action, retconning and family reveals abound.
Deer & Boy is a pretty stock indie puzzle platformer with annoying trial and error puzzles and stealth sections. At least the deer is very cute. #demo
I don’t buy much game merch besides soundtracks, but these little heroes were too adorable to pass up. #StarFox
Forever Fast is a very skippable compilation of Sonic vocal tracks since it’s missing some of the biggest classics in favor of more recent ones. There’s also three versions of a new song for the anniversary, but it’s not super special. #gamemusic
Fast & Furious Presents Hobbs & Shaw is a mixed bag. Fun banter, Ryan Reynolds silliness, and entertaining action through the first 2/3 of the film, but then it takes a serious turn into The Rock's personal promo for Samoan culture and becomes an entirely different movie.
I Am Your Beast is a challenge FPS where you must complete short levels within a time limit and perform well to unlock more levels. Stylish and varied kill types keep things interesting, but ultimately speed is king. #demo
Final Fantasy X House Grooves is quite good. Excellent electronica arrangements of classic tunes. #gamemusic
Fate of the Furious addresses most of my concerns from 7. Long but doesn't feel long, Statham is used better, Theron's villain is pure icy evil, character banter is good, and Dom's struggle is real. Sports cars racing a submarine on ice is JUST TOO MUCH though.
Furious 7 continues the sixth movie's expansion into Mission: Impossible-style globe trotting and international terrorism, but Statham's villain is too likable, the action gets out of hand, and it feels long. At least the tribute to Paul Walker is very well done.
Zanarkland Compilation Album collects 15 previously released versions of the classic Final Fantasy X track into one album. Nothing new here, but nice arrangements. #gamemusic
Fast & Furious 6 completes the transformation of a series rooted in highway robberies, street racing culture, and found families to a full blown globe-trotting action franchise akin to Mission: Impossible. Not sure if it's the best path forward, but I was entertained.
After the disappointing Fast & Furious, Fast Five pulls a 180. A thrilling action/heist movie with side characters from previous films, the action is intense, the plot is more clever, the bad guy is better, and Johnson's way, way over the top new character adds a fun rival.
Watched Fast & Furious, and it's a stinker. After the swanky Tokyo Drift, this sequel is a dreary revenge tale with boring drug dealer bad guys, spotty acting, and mediocre action scenes.
The Primals latest album, “Back in the Ring”, is a 24 min rock arrange album for Final Fantasy XIV. It’s fine, but seems like they should wait until they have more material instead of releasing such a short album. #gamemusic
Watched Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and it was a pretty big step up from the first two. Much better direction, more exciting driving with actual turns (sorry drag racing fans), and just more engaging overall.
Watched 2 Fast 2 Furious. More action and a more banal plot than the first one, but less heart and less interesting. Came out in 2003, but the basic drug dealer bad guy seems straight out of 80s and 90s action movies.
