Knowing M365 Copilot can look through my Sent Items in outlook and update me on responses I'm waiting on, and when to reach back out to people is a great function. Guidance on how to set a professional tone - "leave them an easy out" - is good coaching.
"It's not what you know, it's who you know." I don't think it's showing preferential treatment when suggesting someone you know who does good work. These relationships, though professional, shape us. And we continue to connect with those who do good work, and create happy repeat customers.
