Watched Akira on the big screen (with a laser projector!) for the first time in *mumble* decades. I’ve seen it many times, but today I noticed new details: a Citroen H van, and a tv showing Mito Komon(?). I’ve been watching too much Jonathan Ferguson, b/c I also noted soldiers were carrying SA80s.

WWDC this year seemed more obnoxiously smug than usual. I knew they weren’t going to walk back the Liquid Glass mistake but I didn’t expect them to double down on it. I’m not sure if I’m glad or disappointed no one I worked with was speaking this year.
