I believe it’s a universal constant that the last 5% of packing takes up 75% of your time.
I’m only bringing two plants with me, our big stag fern, Bullwinkle, and my favorite silver pothos. So instead, I’ve taken clippings of anything I could, before I rehomed them locally. I’ll start them all fresh in Seattle!

Out of a 50+ pound bag of scrap fabric and old clothes with “good fabric” I had been gathering and keeping over 10 years for “future projects”. I have kept only a tiny, tiny pile to make fabric sigils with. I literally kept even the tiniest bits “for stuffing” The sacrifices.

So close to finishing my Soft Armor. Just the hand stitching on the arm holes and the side snaps. Covered in symbols of hope and resistance and finding your path in the darkness. I’ll showcase the back tomorrow. This has been a perfect meditation in stressful times.
Finally finished my full inventory of my library and even selected a handful to donate on (for the first time ever). The things I do to start paring down the house. Haha
