We are working to add the Net NTLMv1 Raindbow Table to our collection. It’s in .rt format and takes up 8TB, but compressing it will get it down to 4TB. If anyone knows of a utility to convert from .rt to .rt2 that would be great as that is just as good as compression.

Oh no. I see there are many, many older Security BSides videos in our archive that need to have English captions generated and embedded. That’s going to take some serious time.

New big batch of cons is up, torrents are tracking and ready for everyone to download and share! https://infocon.org/cons We are have taken feedback and are generating all new torrents at 32meg piece size instead of 64 to more compatible with older / different clients.

A new batch is up, but the torrent hashes still need to be added to our tracker. Once that is done we will do some promotion.

We are in the process of migrating to a new server for encoding and processing new content. Once back up and working we will begin on the next big batch of updates.

Primary P2P server migrated successfully and is seeding files, but we are still debugging a problem with contacting our trackers.

Almost done with manually joining all the parts of early SOURCE conference talks. Once done I’ll encode and caption, and get them online. That’s almost the last of the defunct conferences getting re-encoded to AV1 with captions.

Time to rest. That was a giant push to get all the updates of the cons directory on the server. Next is the long process of generating all the torrents and getting them in the tracker and on the torrent servers. That will take weeks, but at least the website has the latest.

The RTX6000Ada is cooking along, encoding and captioning. A big update in the works, should be a week or two until the next one goes live.
