Went on Ryan Holiday’s The Daily Stoic podcast (out since yesterday) to talk about Diogenes and the Stoics, about what the latter can do, but also clearly what they cannot… Available wherever you get your podcasts.

As of this week, my book is OUT and available wherever books are sold. One of the best things about this, is that I will get to talk about Diogenes three times, in three different places close to my heart, with three different amazing interlocutors.

Everything's bigger in America... When I was given the chance by Basic Books to translate and adapt my 2022 Dutch biography of Diogenes they said they wanted more Diogenes and to their credit did not blink when in the end I gave them as much as 50% more.

My 2022 Dutch book about Diogenes was featured as recommended reading in a newspaper special about declutterring this weekend. Can’t say I saw that coming, but it checks out: no needs = no clutter.
