People who actually feel part of the community they’re in: Is it a constant feeling or is there still doubt? Is it all just a facade and everyone feels the way I do or am I just on the outside? I’d very much like to understand why I’ve always felt this way.

Something that’s helped with my social anxiety lately is “treat this as data, not reflection of self worth”. I get active in waves in group chats, specifically in the furry community and I tend to get ignored a lot. It used to rip me to shreds, but with that logic applied, I can just adjust :3.
