🧩 50% of my users quit during onboarding… and I think it’s my fault. For my game BlockSwipePuzzle, I had a hunch that people weren’t getting the core mechanics. So I ran an experiment: I made the tutorial harder to figure out if people were dropping off because of confusion or just disinterest.
