i have come to the revelation that my art has undergone "unkomification"
accidentally mogged godot by like 10x in terms of performance while making this little autotile side project lol (i can place 38,000 tiles) in 200ms while godot takes like 3 seconds to place like 60 #godot #gamedev #godotengine
been making a custom autotiler that is aware of edges and edge masks, so that slopes can have sloped corners, as well as slope edges, while maintaining basic autotile function (like non sloped corners or edges lol) #godot #gamedev #godotengine
