Bluesky公式からメールが来ました。 規約改変があったので、翻訳アプリ使ってでも、内容に目を通した方が良いと思われます。 特に下段。「禁止事項を回避してくる行為に対して、より寛容度を下げた」とある。 「未成年者に対する保護強化」ともあるので、今まで以上に、きわどいロリショタ肌色絵を素で上げている人は注意が必要です。 ポルノ指定さえしていれば無修整・実写の性器を投稿しても全然OKですが、明らか未成年とわかるエロ画像は、ポルノ設定掛けててもNGです。
I wish I could write Japanese more often without worrying about whether I sound too formal/informal or unnatural. I hate having to simplify my thoughts in order to express them effectively in another language.
Heads up, Tukinoha/月乃葉 is apparently the type of fraud you'd used to see on DeviantArt in the late 2000s- it sounds like they're straight-up tracing over AI-generated images now. i don't quite understand all the details through google translate but i can tell there's a history.

basically, if no one's banned anywhere then it works great. if you get banned from one of the apps then the users of that app will not see you or your interactions, you will be a ghost. but you will still exist on your app.
yes by default that would work perfectly. the only issue arrives if either of the users are banned on bluesky's app. they will still be able to use the competitor app and probably be able to see all content, but a user that uses bluesky's app would not see any interactions.
once federation is fully working, you could simply move to using a competitor app if you want different rules from bluesky. any competitor is still part of the same network, so all the regular bluesky posts and profiles are available. you will never be locked in again, it's all public and open.
no, there is no such thing as an "instance" on bluesky. it is not federated like mastodon. however, all profiles, and the posts and such within, are public to the world. anyone with the resources can create a competing app to bluesky if they have the money for the servers and run their own rules.
