For 8 years, Delyth has thrived in supported living in Cardiff. Dance, cycling, art & friends, life is full of joy and movement. At home, she loves puzzles, Disney, and weekly family video calls. With the right support, she continues to grow in confidence and independence. Article in comments ❤️

Huge thanks to #Reel_Minds for our fishing trip in Llantrisant last week! Despite the wet weather, our group had a brilliant time finding calm, and connecting by the water. Their mission to support mental health through fishing is truly powerful. We all left feeling more confident and recharged! 🎣
