Does anyone know what's going on with this bit of Paddington Station? They blocked up the exit by the cab rank, presumably while they built the shopping centre. But the shopping centre is now open but the exit is not...?

As well as the buzz of Military Brass Bands (across various stations in London a some with Choirs), armed forces poppy sellers, the poppy drapes around the war memorial statue a small naming in Paddington took place, the joint naming of IET 802007 of ‘Joey’ and ‘Michael Morpurgo’

I don't go to Paddington very often & hadn't come out of the newish Bakerloo entrance before. It's orientated facing the 1932 "Tournament House" which I must have walked past 100+ times without noticing but actually makes a really impressive entrance. Funny how approach makes such a difference.
