It's my first time writing like that & it's been so fun to try out!!

I really needed a new idea to chew on a little so the ideas don't get stale. massively pleased with the new one so far! I'll keep u all updated :3

I also want to know whose desk it is that the loading screen tips are sitting on! someone who wears glasses is collecting notes and making notes in red pen w atrocious handwriting. Paracelsus is known to be infiltrating the city for his real job, so it could be him 🤔
but for my fics I freaking LIKE my hcs for Paracelsus. where he's a regular human who joined the alchemists for immortality but they didn't know! so he cleverly used their secrets to MAKE it. feels like a waste of time to invent what the immortal ppl are just so the sequel can tell us later :P

Did Simon choose to try to become this god bc Alchemists know about it & he's an Alchemist, or bc it holds special relevance to the immortal ppl like him & Paracelsus?

Simon's boss ergo message says these ppl (these same ppl as Paracelsus?) are made like that. Someone/something is making them! and someone/something can abandon & discard them too!

but a doctor has to get up close & personal with ppl and be somewhere in the neighborhood of nice to them 🥺 Valentinus was so cold he ran a cult & alienated Lea, & his mysterious mentor said he went soft (so not soft before). if he was a doctor, maybe there were always cracks in the ruthlessness

I stand by my theory that he spent so much time around 'the kind of person' who wants eternal life that as he matured he was eventually like WAIT. wtf are we DOING
