I knew I would increase fill and exposure on me during editing, so we planned for that. The last photo is an outtake from when Mike was testing settings. 😂☀️

It’s time for another semi-annual Portfolio Review on Bluesky! Every six months, I’ve been selecting the best nine cosplay photos I’ve ever taken, and sharing my current “portfolio.”—M (See next post for full images/cosplayer credits. All 📸: @inthelongrun.bsky.social.)

Gloria here. Last weekend, we attended the VA Renaissance Faire. Sara go Bragh, Impressionistic Cosplay, and @designsiridescent.bsky.social convinced us to come, and we had a lot of fun! I was excited that my kirtle from 2013 still fit. I accessorized it with a partlet and jacket made by Carly W.

I am so proud of this image of @mirroredmoth.bsky.social’s stunning couture Castiel at a recent @costumeandcamera.bsky.social event. It took a lot of experimentation, help from @ctpphotos.bsky.social and @jefrostphoto (IG), and G’s editing magic, but we captured the exact image I envisioned!—M
