🏳️🌈 We closed out Pride Month with one of our favorite events of the year, NEPA PrideFest! After crowning a Royal at Friday night’s pageant, they kick off the parade and fun-filled day in Wilkes-Barre’s Public Square.
🌈 This weekend, we got a double dose of PRIDE, starting with the inaugural Scranton Family Pride Day! We had an amazing day, registering voters, making new friends, and celebrating love with our neighbors.

Crowds turn out for 20th annual NEPA Pridefest
WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A loud and proud celebration in the streets of downtown Wilkes-Barre on Sunday. A big crowd turned out for the 20th annual NEPA Pridefest. A parade helped kick off the event sponsored by the Rainbow Alliance. Spectators cheered parade participants, including many on floats filled with rainbow colors.
