To add on to this thought-ive always believed that “bad taste is better than no taste at all” “bad” is ofc subjective, but to have joy over art even if most would hate your taste is a significantly better way to be opposed to having no joy, no taste, no opinions, no personality etc. Don’t be a dick.

If I see someone expressing enthusiasm for some music on here & I dislike that music I tend not to assume that person is looking for me to tell them what I think nor that they are interested in hearing about it. I also assume that parrying someone’s enthusiasm with negativity helps nobody & nothing.

I’m dying laughing. I’d never heard of this band until 24hrs ago I saw this performance and fell in love with this song, super catchy and then today when I go to a concert, I found out that this band was actually one of the opening acts and I missed their performance running late! #wtf ☹️

Always a big moment, the first time you get to hold the book that you've written in your hands. A finished copy of In Another World landed today, hot off the presses. This is my tenth book and it's as exciting & gratifying as ever to see the final artefact. It looks beautiful. Out in three weeks.

oh gosh..the weather in DFW TX is unusually beautiful today and breezy. my secret nature/lake sanctuary is filled with endless varieties of green & blue all round. inspired by that pic, I visited but ended up falling asleep to the album “the colour of spring” on repeat. it was great! 10/10👌🏼hehe

I managed to score some free tickets through a friend—excited to catch up with them!& The Black Angels will be opening up when I go. Hopefully keep playing a lot of “Passover” for it’s 20yr anniversary. I ADDOOREE the Black Angels so much. It’ll be the 1st show that didn’t fall thru cuz of me. 😖🖤🤍

It was actually gold spoons, not silver. They always said your utensils should match your jewelry.
