I dream of a mini-vacay when I can sleep surrounded by puffiness and binge-watch all the seasons of Fargo, and then sleep some more, only interrupted by purrs and kisses to puffy foreheads. When will that happen? I do not know.

My cats are impressively manipulative. They learned that miawing doesn't work anymore, cause I definitely spoiled them too much as babies, so they can miaw all they want, but now they climb up to my face, start purring loud & fast, give me kisses & cuddles... I'm not made of stone...

Being born in unearned privilege in the West has fostered a type of professional mediocrity that's astounding to the rest of us. It doesn't matter that you're bad at your job & do the bare minimum, you'll do just fine,while exceptional workers in other countries have to struggle & compete constantly

I see a shocking drop in quality of service across the board in working with people. They're forgetful, unprofessional in communication and just completely distracted. Make no mistake, screen time overall and social media are to blame.
