Hi #PortfolioDay! I'm apdoodles. I draw mechs and techno-cultists for my original series, Project Margrave! I'm also secretly hoping you'll read the lore blurbs in these illustrations 😉

Illustration of two mechs, the BX-721 "Desperado" and RD-111 "Corvus" standing back-to-back. Their builds are similar, as they're both based on the same technology - they're slim and lithe, with angular, birdlike faces. The two are sworn enemies, but posing them together is fun.

"Developed by the Reingardt Institute with the blessing of House Lisianthus, the MX-000 “Margrave” is Au Galida’s last chance to reconquer the Ingram Union.

It fights using ten palm-mounted emitters that produce beams of strange energy. Exposure to this energy has been known to cause adverse psychological effects."
