I was so close to cancelling an evening with friends because I’m busy with work and have a load of very cool projects with tight deadlines but I’m so glad I didn’t. Rest is SO IMPORTANT, vital even. I’m 13 years into doing art full time and I need to keep reminding myself of this

I have so much work on right now, all with the same deadlines and I can’t do any of them until the sketches are approved and I just know in my heart they will all come through at the same time. So whilst i panic here is my incredibly fat hamster called Beefcake
Like most artists on Instagram I’m also getting slammed with the ‘likely made with AI tag’. Allow me To be clear. AI art is bullshit and I do not and will never partake in it. The only reason the tech exists is because of the mass theft of real working artists.

Honestly it's been an actual life saver for me this heatwave, hope it helps you as much as it has me, it's the only way i can get a crumb of sleep in this heat 😅
