In just over a month, the duration of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine will match that of the entire World War I. And the entire might of Russia and its totalitarian allies, as well as of the Kremlin's corrupt useful morons in the West, still can't defeat Ukraine.

Funny how the moment Orban got kicked out and finally shut up, Ukraine instantly stopped being "Hungary’s enemy," and Zelensky is immediately no longer a scheming Mephistopheles lurking under every stone in Budapest.

To what extent must you have become so unsufferable to your own people that, with a historically record turnout, voters handed the opposition an absolute constitutional majority -- and have now spent nearly a full day celebrating in the streets, hugging each other because you're losing power.

So you’re telling me that obsessing over a hysterical anti-Ukrainian narrative, covering Hungary with insulting posters about Zelensky, and staging daily social media dramas under the guidance of Kremlin political strategists wasn’t the best electoral strategy?

Humanity needs photographs like these. Maybe at least someone here, looking at them, will be reminded once more of how petty our conflicts are on this tiny blue marble in the abyss -- and how criminal are those who launch rockets not into space, but into apartment buildings full of people.

I think that at this stage it is already a settled matter that the future of Europe’s security lies in a direct military, economic, and technological alliance with Ukraine + a unified European nuclear deterrent.

I think it’s the first time in human history that a country fighting a full-scale, protracted war against a vastly superior aggressor gets slammed for managing to avoid societal collapse, keeping life across most of its territory as close to normal as possible, and keeping the economy running.

That feeling when you’re driving through the streets of towns and villages around Kyiv and see, above so many houses, those big nests of sticks perched on top of poles, with pairs of storks already settling in. Ukraine in springtime = one love.

And we in Ukraine haven’t even awakened our ultimate superweapon yet — an ancient horror from the year 2014, slumbering beneath the Carpathian forests, waiting for its hour… the “Bloody Pastor” Oleksandr Turchynov 😱 😱😱 If you know, you know!

How can one not admire history’s exquisite dark sense of humor? As part of a “delegation” of sanctioned Russian State Duma deputies visiting the United States, there was none other than the actual grandson of USSR's Vyacheslav Molotov, there to discuss a Trump–Putin pact.
