Actually the world can & has already a int'l agreement called the 1945 UN Charter 🇺🇲 broke the Neutrality Agreement to stay out of 🇺🇦 🇷🇺 tried cooperation, 🇺🇲 wouldn't have it, bc the "Truman Doctrine" illegal Cold War was never about communism or democracy just childish hegemonic 🇺🇲 exceptionalism
