The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice is hosting the 13th ISDM Conference from July 7-10th
“Shared decision making has always been about partnership.” Yuri Quintana, PhD, Chief of the Division of Clinical Informatics and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, highlights some of the topics he will be discussing at the 2026 ISDM Conference.
“Decisions are complex and deeply personal.” Dr. Amber Barnato, Department Chair and Director of The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice highlights her hopes for how the 2026 ISDM Conference will engage researchers, clinicians, students, and healthcare professionals.

🗣️ Introducing Dr. Marleen Kunneman, the Associate Professor of Medicine at the KER Unit (Mayo Clinic, US) and Assistant Professor at the Health Campus the Hague. Dr. Kunneman has studied how to most effectively implement and improve shared decision making in clinical practice.
