My state of Georgia already has pretty strict Voter ID laws. It did in 2020, too, but that doesn't stop Trump and the GOP from screaming FRAUD at the top of their lungs.

#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched I've been travelling in NYC, so movie-watching pretty nil. But here's the four shows I saw on Broadway last week..... three of which are based on films.

My guess is it will be a commemorative bill, not a circulation bill. And he will get a cut from every bill sold.

People have had “content delivered” directly to their homes via streamers for so long now that they seem to see films and shows like a burger you got DoorDashed and then decided to pick the tomato off. When you go see a film, or wait for a new ep to air, there’s a certain agreement. That’s gone.
Luke O'Neil@lukeoneil47.bsky.social · 3mo agoThe dearth of media literacy thing has been around for a while, but never mind interpreting texts critically, a lot of people now just straight up do not know how to even watch a TV show or movie in the first place anymore.
Streamers have invented network television where they make money from ad revenue... but also too we pay them money to watch the ads.
