I don't know what to put in these things, so just he/him so you know I'll respect the pronouns I see in your bio.
My friend called someone "Screwie Vuitton" and my immediate thought was that is a Bugs Bunny-ass insult, and I approve.
I've been using the expression "It looks good enough for radio," for most of my life, and now I'm just wondering if back in the days of silent films someone used to say "sounds good enough for the Movies."
I went from young and not understanding slang because I was homeschooled, to old and not understanding slang because I'm old. The circle is complete.
Had a dream the other night that Trump announced her was going to movie the statues of the three goddesses from Final Fantasy 6 into the Oval Office, and position them around his desk. Honestly it still took me a bit to figure out if that was a dream or not, when I woke up.
Meet yesterday: I’m not printing any more prop weapons for a while. Me today:
The friend who got me in to 3d printing gifted me with a Vex Mythoclast from Destiny 2 today. Not going to lie, it is simultaneously touching, and makes me realizing I'm producing as good quality as him after less than a year. I blame this entirely on his teaching.
I saw someone say earlier that All Isekai anime (being reborn in another time or place) is either Chronicles of Narnia, or a Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, and I think it did psychic damage to me.
Fun fact about aging: some times you will burp and taste something you ate multiple meals ago. This means you're going to have a bad night.
Spent an hour troubleshooting why my printer had stopped printing. Disassembled the entire print head, cold pulled the filament just in case, checked and cleaned all of the connections, and then realized that there was just a snag in the spool that would have taken like 3 seconds to fix.
Also, Ah fuck, Hasbro is actually releasing something Ghostbusters I want. Not buying it, but I want it.
Hear me out. D&D 5E, warlock who specializes in long range attack spells, and explosions. Tell everyone your Patron is Baba Yaga. Your Patron is actually John Wick.
NCR Ranger Sequoia, printed in PETG, hand painted. Think it turned out pretty good. Still shit at taking pictures
The duality of cat ownership Me: Who's my precious little baby who can do no wrong? *5 minutes later, she does wrong* Me: Goblin, you ignorant slut.
ok, to "Lindsey Graham is currently speaking with Mitch McConnell" might be my favorite way of announcing his death.
Honestly, not hating how it’s turned out so far, still need a lot a little bits and bobs.
I feel like one google search would have lead to them deciding on a different name.
Honestly, whatever is happening with Mitch McConnell is bad enough that they haven't even posted a badly generated AI image of him giving a thumbs up from a hospital bed, so we know that they're worried about getting caught in a very big lie.
"What predator do you think you could take out, bare handed?" I'm pretty sure I could take out a Youth Pastor.
Well, aside from a few oddly shiny spots in the paint, and one part that I keep forgetting to print, I don’t think that looks too bad. Now it’s just going to be like a year of tracking down all the correct parts. Oh, and the wand, which is going to be so much worse parts wise.
I like that in a lot of Asian media you'll read stories about vengeful CEOs destroying entire families for a small slight, but in reality you can go on to Twitter, call Elmo a Butt-Much, and watch him cry about it impotently for 4 days.
Still need to dry in the sun a bit because it’s got a few wet spots, but liking the progress overall
So far everything I've heard about Ghostbusters: Night Shift, makes it feel like some man smoking a cigar in a boardroom slammed his fist down onto a table and yelled, "IT NEEDS RETRO!" without knowing what that means. I can only imagine the response was "You are right, Mr. Fettuccine!"
Light spray with some semi gloss black to get an idea of what areas I still need to touch and clean up, but so far looking better than I expected.
I don't know who needs to hear the story of a Japanese man discovering rotisserie chicken, but I did. www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEkA...

not perfect, but I probably screwed up less than on the original. Again, thick paint till hide a lot of these mistakes.
