Working in IT gave me perspective on what people actually have problems with. So I made an account that hopefully helps someone out there. I dont have much time for posting so whenever I think of something that made living with computers easier I post it.

Device Safety: If your laptop trackpad is lifting, stop pretending it is a design choice. Power it down, unplug it, and get the swollen battery handled before your desk becomes the incident report.

Before selling a phone/tablet: save files, sign out, remove SIM/SD, then reset it. Five minutes now can prevent months of account headaches. Selling a PC/laptop? Keep its hard drive or SSD. Don’t sell it. Deleted does not mean gone—and your passwords, photos and files are not worth the gamble.
