Weird question since we’re all going to the movies a bunch: Are AMC theaters much louder than Regal? I saw The Odyssey in both (70mm IMAX at Regal, standard digital at AMC) and the AMC screening physically hurt. The trailers for Hadestown at AMC were so loud they caused a movie-long headache.

two night pay per views are really dumb in almost every circumstance.
I’d be so embarrassed if anyone I know in real life ever saw “the painmaker” and thought I approved of this. Like I’d have to move. Maybe assume a completely new identity.
I would not have dedicated my life to the arts without the Sunday in the park with George pro shot on vhs. pro shots are ESSENTIAL and they will keep the art we make alive.
