The Hallmarks of Cancer series by Hanahan and Weinberg have been the guiding principles in how I come to understand and study cancer as a scientist. This year is the 25th anniversary of HoC since its first publication in 2020..!

We further laid out a roadmap to accelerate drug target discovery (esp. chemical proteomics approaches) and clinical deployment to actualize ecDNA-directed therapy. We hope this could be helpful for people who are interested in exploring the therapeutic space of ecDNA-driven cancers. [2/2]
