A civil attorney who Trump enthusiast Lindsey Halligan brought in to prosecute the Letitia James case screwed up his initial appearance and the court had to give him step-by-step instructions about how to save a PDF.

Today would be a good day to give the Nobel Peace Prize to Tom Hanks.

Democrats still want to win by appealing to people who would make good trial jurors -- you know, set aside prejudices, consider evidence carefully, all that stuff. Republicans win by appealing to people who should never be on a jury. It's a terrible game, but Republicans are definitely good at it

"You can't policy your way out of a propaganda problem" is such a good line. Policy matters, but how you communicate stuff matters more right now.

A good trial juror will set prejudices aside, consider only the applicable law and admitted evidence, and decide the case impartially. Democrats try to win with people who would make good jurors. Republicans try to win with people who wouldn't. Republicans understand the game better than Dems do.
