I best wake myself up. I know my mental health state is all over the place, but face it: it’s okay to feel sad, move on from the past and the bad things that left an impact, look forward to the future and see what you can do, keep being the person person I can be. Never give up. It will be okay.

You can fake happiness or looking lively. But you can’t hide the emptiness and internal pain, deep down. :(
