might take some years but this site will absolutely enshittify eventually. they have an outward hatred for their user base, lefties, liberals, furries, etc, that made this site viable to begin with. you cant build real stability when you hate your base. this site IS doomed. idk when but one day

i really dislike the term "LGBTQIA+" im queer not a corporate acronym. i love the message behind it of course, i love being inclusive, but i think LGBTQIA+ misses the point. queer is hard to nail down and define and i think thats a good thing. we dont need to itemize our existence. we need just be.

its been a rough week. ive barely had any physical or emotional energy for art and practice for awhile now. but today thats changing. im gonna finally make progress on my metal work project, and maybe get some sketching in too. this will be a good art day.

how do you deal with family that are so knowledge bankrupt that they believe literally every tiktok slop conspiracy. also my niece and nephew apparently are on a strict raw milk diet (from cows) and i cant even tell their parents how bad that is because they think im woke brained.

if im being honest with myself and not just automatically denigrating, im at a point in my art journey where i feel like i *could* draw anything if i was willing to spend the hours on it. not saying it would be the best drawing ever, or even good, but nothing feels totally unapproachable anymore.

with the recent barq drama and other things in my life i decided to make a firm statement. its ALL of us or NONE of us. no cutting out subsets of furries, or more broadly queers, in order to try to sanitize and appeal to the norm. we're all freaks and we support one another. 🦊🌈 more in alt text
