Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.

I obtained a video of the person dumping this cat and the time it happened. After linking the law to the Met Police following a text and email telling me to contact a charity, I got a call saying they'll investigate. Yesterday I got another call (the officer had no idea I'd already been called).

According to the woman from the PDSA who answered after 14 minutes they can only check if it has a chip - if not 'you'd have to take it back and put it where it came from'. My experience with their hold system makes me think they are utter shit :)
