Had a weird comment on a post I made about tofu the other day suggesting that enjoying Chinese or South east Asian cuisine is cultural appropriation and I just wanted to point out for anyone who didn't know: You know we're allowed to enjoy other people's cultures right? Just not exploit them.

Maybe I'm weird but I don't care what translators of a work think of an adaptation to film unless commenting on translation. No, I don't care they're relatively popular. If they can't demonstrate a similar knowledge of filmmaking? They're actually still an amateur critic getting too much attention.
